Cleaning service was inconsistent, with dirty towels left around due to housekeeping being every other day. I faced issues with the shower's water pressure—squirrely spray made it hard to rinse off properly. A blinking smoke alarm light was quite annoying, and the bathroom door’s raised threshold was a trip hazard. Staff seemed overwhelmed and often were unhelpful, especially when I needed assistance. A better customer service experience would have greatly improved my stay. The restaurant hours were limited, which made dining a challenge at times.

The pet-friendly environment made it easy to travel with my two dogs. The outdoor pool area was large and clean with sun loungers to relax on. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding in the evening. Enjoyed the fitness center too!

Fire alarms and messy rooms

Got stuck in a room that wasn’t cleaned at check-in. Super stressful! Fire alarms woke us up multiple times. I did enjoy the easy access to the bar by the pool, and the staff was friendly. Still, the beds were hard and not comfy at all.
